The quickest route is the "Spotted an error? Suggest a correction" link at the bottom of the relevant place page — your report is attached directly to that venue. Use the same form for closed venues, changed hours and wrong addresses.
Listing your business
If you run a business and would like it on the site, use the submission form. Submissions that arrive through the form are reviewed.
