Fava occupies a sheltered stone courtyard between two 165-year-old Greek houses on Kemalpaşa. It opened in 2018 and built its kitchen on local Alaçatı growers and its own kitchen garden, with meze and fish as the main axis of the menu. The menu joins Aegean ease with flavours from the Antakya pantry; slow-cooked octopus and pan-seared monkfish are among the dishes it is known for.
